A great deal for you

We partner with a handful of specialist contractors to ensure we provide a great experience as you move into your new home. The specific contractor depends on where you live but rest assured you are in safe hands and will receive a fantastic service.

It depends on if you are moving into a flat or a house. If you are moving into a flat you will most likely receive your Sky signal from the Communal TV System in the building so your own dish will not be required. If are moving into a house then you will need your own dish but don't worry, our specialist installation partners will take care of everything for you.

Most new build flats are Sky Q ready and the signal will be provided to your home via the Communal TV System installed in your building. On the day of installation, our specialist installation partner will visit your home and connect your Sky Q box to the system for you.

In most cases the developer will ensure your Communal TV System is Sky Q ready from completion of build but if it isn't you can still get access to Sky Q. Please tell us if you suspect your flat isn't Sky Q ready and our specialist installation partner will bring along a simple Plug in Adaptor to ensure the Sky Q box will work in your home.

A FIRS just means that a single TV Aerial and Sky Dish deliver the signals to your home, (and all other homes on your development) so you don't need to have your own. A simple piece of equipment called a GTU does all the hard work and is usually installed in a cupboard or under the stairs by your developer. If your GTU isn't compatible with Sky Q don't worry, our specialist installation partner will swap it for one that is on the day of your installation.

That's no problem at all, our great Sky Q offers are open to both new and existing customers. We will either install your old box at your new home as part of our Home Move service or you can request an upgrade to Sky Q and we will bring your new box on the day of installation and get everything setup for you.

If you decide to move on from your new home and you are still in contract with us you can simply take your Sky box with you when you move, we will set everything up for you at your new address via our Home Move service.
